Small Chicken Eggs - Are eggs from young birds that have not reached adult status this is the next stage up from pullets. They are small. Besides pasture grasses, our hens eat all the bugs they can find, plus a balanced, locally produced feed containing 16% protein, grain, vitamins and minerals. They do not eat fish or fish by-products to prevent "off flavors" from contaminating the rich flavor of our eggs, nor do they eat any meat by-products.  

  Our eggs are Free range eggs they come from hens that have access to an outdoor range during the day but are housed securely and comfortably in sheds at night. To be classified as a free range egg farm, the hens must have meaningful and regular access to an outdoor range during daylight hours.
